What do I do if my items have not arrived?

How is the quality of the products at

It is our standard practice to have approved products and vendors on our website only. Before dispatching the product to you each one is checked as per its description to ensure that the best quality products are delivered to your doorstep. Why Do We Charges Advance Delivery Charges?

Many people reject the parcel they ordered online after it gets delivered to their Doorstep. Then we had to Bare Loss of product and delivery charges. Also that parcel “on hold” many days at Courier service. If the customer pays shipping Advance then he/she confirmed that he will accept the order at delivery time. Can I change my order?

How are items packed?

All items are carefully inspected and then packaged at our fulfillment facilities – to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is wrapped in bubble/plastic wrap and fragile (electronic etc.) items are secured in an additional layer of protective packaging.
